Snippets of My Los Angeles Trip

I was able to do things I’ve been meaning to do like planning on a trip, going on an adventure,meeting old/new friends and just making new memories. I also took a Zumba training class earlier this year and became a certified Zumba Instructor. THE DISH HIKE

Happy Memorial Day guys! What did you do today?

I started my day with a 3-mile hike at the Stanford Dish in Palo Alto. It’s a 5-something mile trail but I only did 3 miles; 1.5 miles to the dish and 1.5 miles back to my car. I wasn’t really planning to go hiking since I had other things to do (work) but I felt like I had to do it and I’m so glad I did, I feel so much better and have more energy. I haven’t worked out in 3 days and I was feeling low and lazy. Continue Reading
